Essential oil self-care programs

Do you love aromatherapy? Do you dabble in the beauty of scents?

I create personalized self-care programs, unique to each client. I work with kinesiology to determine imbalances in body, emotions, and mind, and then offer a program for using essential oils mixed with carrier oils on certain points on the body.

For example, lavender oil is wonderful for balancing digestive issues, especially when rubbed on the right side of the abdomen, near the hip bone. The oil in this location is helping to balance the ileocecal valve. Holy basil oil is beneficial for the pituitary gland and can help resolve low libido.

I work with a small number of oils. A typical program will usually require the client have around three different essential oils and a carrier oil. The program may require applying oils 1-3 times a day, but the health benefits can be worth the effort. And self care through touch and self massage is magical. Not only offering relaxation but much more.
